White chalk markings will guide you through the course. At each turn on the route, expect a "turn soon" mark about a 1/2 block before the actual turn. A "TURN NOW" mark will be mark the turn itself, and a "GO STRAIGHT" mark come right after the turn to let you know that you've made the right decision. Follow ONLY those marks painted in white on the pavement. Additionally, course marshalls will be there to read your color-coded bib and helmet number to ensure you go the correct way for your course.
